SMEs' understanding of forces come together to co-sourcing, marketing, low capacity utilization, weak competitiveness, problems of financing issues such as the "Common Problems Common Solutions" is aimed to search for. Thus, capacity of SMEs to come together and turn into highly competitive businesses. Each partnership model is a combination of at least 5 business partnership model, provided that there are three kinds of power and cooperation:
• Project partner organizations are partners of the operator to be established businesses while preserving their existence,
• Project partners dissolved the businesses themselves will be installed in a portion or all of the organization are partners of the operator,
• The project is part of the business partner of one partner within the merger of dissolving themselves.
Time is between 6-24 months (an extra 12 months, extendable) value of the projects up to € 250,000 50% - 60% grant support from, the value of £ 500,000 is possible to support the projected pay-back in the same proportions. Supported topics include:
• Raw materials, intermediate products, finished goods, logistics and other services they can provide faster and cheaper to supply common,
• The customer requests and product and service improvements in line with market demand, produced goods and services to new markets in order to submit a joint design,
